Add fonts rules:

1. You can add only those fonts which are not present in our base.
2. Fonts format only *.ttf
3. It is impossible to add commercial fonts!
4. To specify a category which the font most approaches.
5. To make the font description (For example. "It's better to use this font for posters and newspapers.")
6. To check fonts load if it's possible.
